We at Miventi Wristlets put forth great effort to provide you with the best quality products possible. We proudly use only the finest materials and handpick each leather and accessory used in our production to ensure that every single piece is of the highest quality. Every wristlet is carefully crafted by hand and made-to-order in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles; from the cutting of the leather and fabrics to the attachment of each design piece, we strive to achieve quality in every process. We inspect each finished wristlet prior to shipment to make sure it meets our high standards. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:1) How long does it take to receive my product?Since each wristlet is made-to-order, it may take 7 - 14 business days excluding holidays to deliver your product. Your order will be processed once full payment is received. Delivery time depends on the amount of production at the time of order and/or the method of shipment used. However, we will try our best to get your very own Miventi Wristlet to you as quickly as possible. (For a limited time, shipping is FREE)Standard delivery - $8 (within the continental U.S.)(**NOTE: At this time, we are only offering standard delivery)3) How do I use my wristlet?We designed the wristlet with comfort and style in mind. The shape of the wristlet tapers from the back to the front, conforming to the shape of the wearer's arm. There are two adjustable sizes built in in every wristlet. To wear the wristlet, unsnap the bangle part of the wristlet by pulling the upper band away from the lower band. Place your arm/wrist inside the opening with the wallet on the bottom. Secure the wristlet by locking the corresponding snaps together depending on the size of your wrist. Rotate your arm downside-up to access the wallet. 4) Why is it hard to close the wristlet and/or wallet?We test and inspect each wristlet for functionality and quality before shipment. Because the leather is brand new, it will need time to expand and this will occur after several use. Just like a pair of brand new leather shoes you will need to break your wristlet in. 5) Can I customize the size of my wristlet for a better fit?Because our wristlets are hand-made to order we offer the option to customize your wristlet to your own wrist-size. An additional charge of $50 per size alteration will be added to your order. Custom made wristlets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please contact us at Info_MiventiWristlets.com for instructions on how to order your custom made wristlet.6) What forms of payment do you accept? There are three ways to pay: a) Paypal - currently we are using paypal as a secure and fast way to get your payments. If you have a paypal account already set -up just click on the checkout button once you've selected your order. You will then be taken to a secured paypal site where you can enter your payment information and pay with either your checking account or credit card. b) Credit Card - If you don't have a paypal account and would like to pay by credit or debit card you may do so by clicking the checkout button once you've selected your order. You may then click on the " Don't have a Paypal account" link and fill out your credit or debit card info. c) Check or Money order by mail - If you would like to mail your payments directly to us, you may do so by contacting us at info_miventiwristlets.com. We will need the following information to process your order: 1) Style name and number 2) Desired color (if more than one color is available) 3) Quantity desired for each style Please put "ORDER" on the subject line. You may contact us at info_miventiwristlets.com to track your payment and/or order.)7) How can I return or exchange my product?If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange less any shipping costs. Email us at info_miventiwristlets.com to obtain your RMA number. Please put "EXCHANGE" or "REFUND" on the subject line. Returned products will not be offered a refund or exchange without an RMA number.(**NOTE: Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and have the corresponding Product and RMA number. Refunds will show within 1 - 2 billing cycles on your credit card. Additional charges may be incurred if exchanging for a higher priced item. Some of the materials used with our wristlets come in a limited supply and once that certain design/material is gone, it is gone. Leather colors and textures may vary since we don't buy supplies in bulk. If a certain design/color is out of stock or sold out after you have placed your order we will gladly give you your refund or allow you to exchange it for another wristlet. Customer is responsible for the price difference if choosing a higher priced item otherwise a credit will be given if exchanged for a lower priced item. Unfortunately, we do not offer any warranties, express or implied. Miventi Wristlets and any of its affiliates shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any incidental or exemplary damages sustained in connection with the use of its products or website.
